In December 2007, we closed a round of preferred equity capital financing between AsOne Technology and a group of investors from the upper midwest led by two venture capital funds.

AsOne Technologies' patended software makes it easier for companies to connect disperate manufacturing equipment, processes and systems so they communicate and act "as one" and in "real time." That, in turn, helps the company's customers - which include Seagate, Ford Motor Company and Boston Scientific/Guidant - to better use existing information systems, improve productivity and operate at a lower cost.

The financing enables AsOne to expand its sales and marketing programs and develop strategic licensing partners to accelerate AsOne's growth.
