Zach is an associate with Aethlon Capital, a private investment bank that offers a broad range of financing, M&A and strategic advisory services. Zach has been with Aethlon since 2007, where he first participated in the summer associate program.
Prior to Aethlon, Zach worked as a political fundraiser and as an entrepreneur.
Zach received his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, where he served as President of The Student Bar Association. While in law school, Zach served as a research assistant to Professor Peter Erlinder and as a law clerk to The Honorable Paul A. Magnuson, Sr. Judge, U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.
Zach received his Bachelor's degree from The University of Arizona's Eller College of Business & Public Administration. While at Eller, Zach was accepted into the McGuire Entrepreneurship Program, a one-year intensive study of business startups.
Zach was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in October, 2008. |
