    ope for multiple paper and beverage business across P&G's Europe, Middl=
    e East and Africa Division.<br><br>=0D=0A=0D=0AIn 1997, Mr. Lilly left P&G to join The Pillsbury Company in Minneapolis, f=
    irst as President of Pillsbury North America and then as CEO for the wo=
    rldwide Pillsbury Company. At that time, Pillsbury was a $6.8B manufact=
    urer of such brands as Pillsbury=AE, Green Giant=AE, H=E4agen-Dazs=AE, =
    Tostinos=AE, Old El Paso=AE and Progresso=AE with retail and foodservic=
    e businesses in 25 countries. Pillsbury was sold to General Mills for $=
    10.5B in 2002 (12.2X EBITDA) in what is seen as a highly successful foo=
    d industry consolidation.<br><br>=0D=0A=0D=0AAfter Pillsbury became part of General Mills, Mr. Lilly "changed careers", =
    putting his experience to work full time as an investor/advisor.  Worki=
    ng through his consulting firm, John Lilly Strategic Insights, LLC, he =
    maintains relationships with several national and regional investment b=
    anks, working on mergers and acquisition, bankruptcy, financial restruc=
    turing, ERISA/ESOP and valuation projects. He is also actively involved=
     in investment sourcing as an Advisory Director for Fremont Partners in=
     Boston/San Francisco.  Currently investing its third fund of $920MM, F=
    remont is a middle-market private equity fund affiliated with the Becht=
    el family.<br><br>=0D=0A=0D=0AIn addition to consulting work, John Lilly Strategic Insights is a direct i=
    nvestor in multiple start-up companies including translation software, =
    pharmaceutical testing technology and new-generation dye materials. In =
    collaboration with two former P&G colleagues, Mr. Lilly is currently wo=
    rking on a book describing the proprietary OGSP=AE strategic planning p=
    rocess.<br><br>=0D=0A=0D=0AMr. Lilly is a member of the Board of Directors of Adams Respiratory Therap=
    eutics (ARXT), a NASDAQ-listed manufacturer of OTC/Rx therapies for res=
    piratory care, including the Mucinex=AE brand. He is an Advisor to LEK =
    Consulting and a Trustee of the National Public Radio Foundation.  John=
     is married to Katherine Moore-Lilly, a Chemical Engineer with a 20 yea=
    r career in product development with P&G. They have twin teenage childr=
    en and split their residence between Longboat Key, Florida; Edwards, Co=
    lorado and their principle residence in Wayzata, Minnesota.<br><br>=0D=0A=0D=0AMr. Lilly earned a B.A. with High Honors in Economics from Emory University=
     in 1974 and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1976.
