     As well, he was the Chair of the Medical Advisory Board of a publicly =
    traded company that has developed technology for bedside point-of-care =
    laboratory testing. Dr. Barash is a former Regional Vice President of M=
    edical Affairs for a national physician management company and a former=
     department chair of emergency medicine. In these roles, he was respons=
    ible for the operation of profitable emergency department practices wit=
    h over $30 million in revenue. He received his Bachelor of Arts with Ho=
    nors from Cornell University and his medical degree with Honors from th=
    e Cornell University Medical College. He is a Fellow of the American Co=
    llege of Emergency Physicians and a member of the American College of P=
    hysician Executives, the MIT Enterprise Forum, and the Massachusetts Me=
    dical Device Industry Council. Dr. Barash is a practicing emergency phy=
    sician in Massachusetts.
